Take the left fork signed Torquay  ( A380 ) from the M5. Travel 3.5 miles (4 mins ) take the turning to Teignmouth ( B3192 ) traval for 5.5 miles ( 8 mins ) until you reach a T Junction with traffic lights and turn left. At the first roundabout turn right  follow the road into town past the pelican crossing and the post office turn right at the T junction on the sea front  Brunswick Street is the second right and the Devonia is right opposite the Car park
